The Profile Store – now GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified

Atlas Copco’s Profile Store is proud to announce that we are now GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified. This means that you can now purchase clothes that conform to the highest CSR and sustainability standards – a unique opportunity for you to support the GOTS standard and global climate improvement.

Textiles that are GOTS certified guarantee social and environmental responsibility throughout the manufacturing process and particular attention is paid to working environment and community benefit. Synthetic pesticides are forbidden, water is purified and reused, and harmful chemicals are not used.

Although items available at the Profile Store have always been manufactured and transported responsibly, adding GOTS certified items to our inventory is a major step towards greater sustainability.

GOTS certification is hard to get. The standards are very high and the testing process is detailed and rigorous. Very few stores like the Profile Store can say that they are GOTS certified.
