Substantial savings through coordination

The needs of Mining and Rock Excavation in Canada, has led them to act in a new way. Together with the Profile Store team, and through coordinated and planned orders, they have managed to make substantial savings. Anne Marie Grossi, Communication and Marketing Manager explains:

"Our arrangement with the Profile Store team has eliminated many obstacles that I've encountered in the past as the administrator and distributor of promotional items for our team.

We have set up accounts in the Profile Store for all of my sales team with predetermined budget amounts. We established two order deadlines by which all orders were to be placed – one in January and one in May. After each deadline, the orders were packaged and consolidated for shipment (saving a significant amount in shipping costs) to our central distribution facility in Central Canada. From there, the orders were redistributed to each individual who placed an order from the Profile Store.

This arrangement has worked seamlessly for our entire team. The merchandise was sorted and labeled in such a way that our logistics group simply disassembled the skids and redirected the orders with very little time or effort. All orders were correct and any variance was identified and resolved without incident.

Peo, Sofie, Micke, and the rest of the Profile Store team have been fantastic to work with and have gone beyond and above our expectations as a supplier."
